In association with the Manhattan Travel Agency, we would like to invite you on a familiarization tour of our city.
As you know, New York is an exiting holiday place for everybody.
No other city in the world has such a wide variety of interesting places to visit.
No other city can at the same time be so fascinating and so impressive as New York.
While in New York you will get a glimpse of the large variety of accommodations, excursions, entertainments and escorted tours we are prepared to offer Italian holiday-makers.
Finally you will have the change of meeting some of our highly-qualified guides who will escort you around the city and answer any question you may have.

INTRO
New York is composed of 5 different boroughs: Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island and Brooklyn.
We shall have to concentrate on Manhattan, for it is not only the real Nee York for the Manhattanite, but also for the visitors.
Let’s begin by saying that it is almost impossible for everyone to get lost in Manhattan, as the island in small and is laid out on a simple grid system with numbered streets running east/west and avenues running north/south, with 5th Avenue dividing the East Side from the West Side.

ITINERARIO
1st day – Arrival at 16.00 local time.
Transfer to the Sheraton Hotel to unpack. First sightseeing at the Statue of Liberty, on Liberty Island in New York Harbor. One of America’s most cherished memorials, it is the tallest statue of modern times.
Dinner in a typical American restaurant and after we will treat you to one of the most exciting views of the city: the observation of the RCA building where you will have a first look at New York by night.
2nd day- breakfast in hotel.
Meet one of our experienced multi-lingual guides and start the tour on our luxury coach. This is the financial capitol of the United States and includes the New York Stock Exchange and the Amerrican Stock Exchange, we are speaking naturally of Wall Street.
Lunch free. A short visit at World Trade Centre to go towards Brooklyng Bridge; visitors may walk over the bridge, enjoying spectacular views of Manhattan.
Dinner at the hotel.
3rd day – breakfast at hotel.
In the morning you can enjoy the colourful streets of Little Italy and China Town, in a district where two of the city’s neighbourhoods with different cultures live in harmony side by side. China Town is a fascinating area in Lower Manhattan; numerous low-priced Chinese restaurant are clustered here. Chinese film theatres, a pagoda, tea shops, Oriental vegetables stores, Chinese newspaper and numerous signs in Chinese all contribute to the atmosphere.

4th day – breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to Greenwich Village and Soho, rich in quaint old house, friendly restaurants and shops and trendy boutiques.
Greenwich Village was for many years the city’s “bohemian” quarter rivalling the Latin Quarter and Montmartre in Paris. Green Village still offers lots of atmosphere and much to do. Here you will find an abundance of coffee shops, off-Broadway theatres, nightclubs, Italian grocery store, arts and craft galleries, and bookstores with the centre of action.
Lunch at a typical Mexican restaurant in Greenwich Village.
Soho is the current artist’s quarter in New York City with numerous lofts and galleries. The combinations of artist’s hangouts, quaint shops, boutiques, and unusual restaurants and bars make this area interesting to visit.
Washington Square is the centre of action. The marble Washington Square Arch is a popular gathering place for Village people and visitor alike. In the spring, summer and fall are the liveliest times, as folk, jazz and rock musicians for informal concert.
Dinner at the hotel.

5th day - breakfast at the hotel.

Rockefeller centre , one of the city’s great attraction, will be our stop. A short stroll before to back to the coach and go to Times Square, the crossroads of the world.
Rockefeller Centre, the 21 buildings in the complex (most of them skyscrapers) comprise one of America’s most fascinating visitor attractions. One of the Lower Plaza is a popular outdoor café area which converts to the city’s most famous ice-skating rink during the winter. Enormous murals decorate the lobby of the RCA Building.
Lunch Free.
At Times Square, Broadway becomes the “Great White Way”, with flashing neon seemingly everywhere, within a short distance of the Square, some 25 performance of plays and musicals will be under way at the same time also first run movie. The Squares is noted for the huge New Year’s celebrations held here, including the much televised countdown to midnight and the New Year.
Dinner in a outdoor restaurant located in a characteristic square where you will enjoy a lot of street artists ‘s performance.
6th day – breakfast at hotel.
Transfer to Central Park, our last stop.
A great parkland, with boating lake, zoo, winter ice-skating rink, swimming pool, fountain-side outdoor restaurants, gardens, open-air free summer theatres, and concerts.
You can enjoy the park until the 16.00, lunch free; then transfer to the airport.
