VOCABOLI

HELICOPTER: an aircraft whit long thin metal part on top
AEROPLANE: flying vehicle whit wings and an engine
RUNWAY: a long road that planes land and take off
WING: one of the two metal part that help an aeroplane to stay in air
AIRPORT: it's a place where you can take an aircraft to fly everywhere
TERMINAL: a building where you get out onto a plane
HANGAR: a large building where aircraft are kept
CONTROL TOWER: a place where people can control planes landing and taking off
CARRIAGE: one of the connected parts of a train
ENGINE: the first of connected part of a train that pull the other part
TRAIN: it's a transport means formed by a lot of carriage and an engine
STATION: it's a place where trains arrive and leave
PLATFORM: it's the part of a station where you can wait for a train
BUS STOP: it's a place where people wait for bus
BUS: a large vehicle that people pay to travel on
TRAFFIC LIGHT: a special light that order car, moped and people in the traffic
BICYCLE: a vehicle whit two wheels that you ride by rushing the pedals
MOTORBIKE: a powerful vehicle whit two wheels that you ride by an engine
MOPED: a vehicle like a bicycle whit a small engine
RAILWAY: a track for train to travel along
TAXI: a car whit a driver that you pay to go somewhere
LEVEL CROSSING: a special passage on railway that car use to across the railway
CAR: a vehicle whit four wheels and an engine, designated to be used
by a small number of people
LORRY: a large vehicle used for carrying goods
VAN: a vehicle used to carrying goods and it's smaller than a lorry
CAMPER: a vehicle that has beds and cooking equipment
YACHT: a boat whit sails used for races or sailing for pleasure
SPEEDBOAT: a small fast boat whit a powerful engine
FERRY: a boat use for carried people, often whit their cars
ROWING BOAT: a small boat that you move in water using oars ("remi")
HOVERCRAFT: a vehicle that travel just above the surface of land of water by
means of a strong current of air which is forced out of it
SHIP: a large boat used for carrying people and things
HARBOUR: an area of water next to the land where ship can stay safely
PIER: a structure that is built out into the sea where ship can stop next
to it or people can walk along it
LIGHTHOUSE: a tower whit a powerful light that warns boat of danger
