Mängelrüge – Reklamation
Nach dem Empfang wird die Sendung einer Kontrolle unterzogen. Durch diese Prüfung stellt der Käufer fest, ob die Ware komplett, mustergetreu und in Ordnung ist. Bei Empfang fehlerhafter Ware hingegen sendet der Kunde dem Liferanten eine Mängelrüge, in der er die Art des Mangels erklärt und seine Ansprüche geltend macht.
