There are many ways people search their love. One way could be looking for love in ads.
Lonely heart ads are the most popular way to meet someone .
Women over 40 don't advertise.
Men opt consistently for women in their 20's while women prefer men 5 years older.
Men value attractiveness ,while women appraise men on their personalities .
Internet has revolutioned this phenomenon. However the lonely heart often turns out to be nothing like the description.
What is your opinion?
Most people are in search of a partner with whom they can spend the rest of their life. Two people spend their life together if they feel the same special affection for each other that is called love. Love can bloom after what is "love at first sight", or also as a result of a long and intense friendship. In our modern society a person is more and more isolated and often social contact occurs through impersonal means such as Internet. It is therefore no surprise that many people resort to lonely heart ads, in their search for a perfect partner.
An American anthropologist has studied these advertisements and has discovered that women tend to describe their physical appearance while man concentrate on their qualities such as honesty ,sympathy and professional success .It has been proved that men value women's attractiveness, sociologist and sexologist recognize that ,in spite of the evolution of the human race from man's first appearance on earth to the technological age, in which we live today, the survival of the human race is a strong instinct in everyone.
The female is always searching for a male who can be a good father for her children, instead the man is in search of the woman who can successfully transmit his genetic heritage an to the next generation. This can explain why many messages that are found on Internet or in these ads, do not reflect the qualities which are required to capture the opposite sex's attention.
To feel someone else's love is so important to people that they use every means they have to obtain that feeling of belonging to someone else.
