The USA
The USA are an union of fifty States each of them represented by a star in the national flag called “Star and Stripes”. The USA stretch from the Atlantic Ocean on the east, to the Pacific Ocean on the west and from Canada on the north, to Mexico on the south. The USA are a big country with a great variety of geographical factors linked with the industries and the agriculture. In the west there is wide deserts and many mountains, here there are also many lakes and the longest river of the world: the Mississippi. The capital of the USA is Washington D.C. where there is the White House where lives the President of USA actually is George W. Bush, the form of government is a democratic republic, whose President is elected by the people in general elections every four years. The official currency in the USA is the dollar.
