AMLETO

The king of Denmark and Hamlet's father, has dead and after two months his wife gets married again with her brother-in-law, Claudius, and he becomes the new king. Hamlet was told that a ghost that looked like his father was appeared in the castle and with his friend Horatio decides to look for it. The ghost tells Hamlet that he was killed by Claudius and asks him for a revenge. Hamlet makes a plan to murder Claudius and he lets all the people think that he's got mad. Polonius, the king's counsellor, believe that Hamlet's got mad because of he was in love with his daughter, Ophelia. Hamlet's plan goes on. In the caste he makes a play in which he acts the scene of the murder. His mother and Claudius are very surprised.
While he was talking to his mother, Hamlet looks at a man that is hearing their conversation and he kills him since he thinks that he's Claudius. But he's wrong since the man was Polonius. Claudius sends him in England to get rid of him.
When he goes back Denmark, Ophelia is dead since she's killed herself and her brother, Laertes, wants to revenge his father and sister's deaths. So Hamlet and Laertes makes a duel in which both of them die since they hit each others with the poisoned tip of Laertes's sword. The queen dies since she drinks a poisoned wine destineted to Hamlet. Claudius dies murdered by Hamlet. The new king is Horatio, nominated by Hamlet before his death.

Il re di Danimarca e padre di Amleto è morto e dopo due mesi sua moglie si sposa di nuovo con suo cognato, Claudio, che diventa il nuovo re. Amleto viene a sapere che un fantasma somigliante a suo padre era apparso nel castello e con il suo amico Orazio decide di cercarlo. Il fantasma dice ad Amleto di essere stato ucciso da Claudio e gli chiede di vendicarsi. Amleto fa un piano per uccidere Claudio e fa credere a tutti di essere diventato pazzo. Polonio, il consigliere del re, crede che Amleto sia diventato pazzo a causa dell'amore per sua figlia Ofelia. Il piano di Amleto va avanti. Al castello va in scena una commedia in cui si recita il delitto. Sua madre e Claudio sono molto sorpresi.
Mentre parla con sua madre, Amleto si accorge che un uomo sta ascoltando la loro conversazione e lo uccide pensando che sia Claudio. Ma si sbagliava perché l'uomo era Polonio. Claudio lo manda in Inghilterra per sbarazzarsi di lui.
Quando ritorna in Danimarca, Ofelia è morta perché si è uccisa e suo fratello, Laerte, vuole vendicare le morti di suo padre e sua sorella. Così Amleto e Laerte fanno un duello nella quale muoiono entrambi colpiti dalla punta avvelenata della spada di Laerte. La regina muore bevendo del vino avvelenato destinato ad Amleto. Claudio viene ucciso da Amleto. Il nuovo re è Orazio, nominato da Amleto prima della sua morte.
